The Plainview Police Department has two full-time police officers, Police Chief Bruce Yosten and Officer Jerald Neumann, and two part-time officers.  Equipment includes:  two radio-equipped patrol cars, low frequency radio base station, P.B.T., in car video cameras, and both units are equipped with radar & cages.
