Plainview has 16 miles of streets, 2/3 of which are paved or asphalt.  Most of those have curbs & sidewalks.  There are no local load restrictions.  Plainview does have a designated truck route.  Street & alley maintenance includes:  sweeping, snow removal, grading, sign maintenance & repair.
